Minty Conditions Foot Soak

- Epsom Salt - One of our favorite ingredients. We swear by this after long strenuous workouts or training. It helps relieve muscle tension, pain, and inflammation in joints, and also helps alleviate soreness.
- Lavender Essential Oil - Boasting powerful antioxidants, it is commonly used to speed up the healing process of sore muscles due to its anti-inflammatory properties.
- Peppermint - Provides a cooling sensation and has a calming effect on the body which can aid in the relief of sore muscles.
- Tea Tree Essential Oil - Helps to rejuvenate the skin. Also, known for its antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic properties, it helps soothe the affected areas.
